What We Do

Initiative
This “starter” package consists of four sessions and is intended to help you in the discovery process. Initiatives, is for folks who are not sure if they have a problem, are unhappy, ambivalent or just want to chat because they know something is not 100% inside.

Bridging Your Gaps
This is an eleven session commitment. This comprehensive program is for the person who is READY for a change! We meet regularly. Five sessions will be in-person meetings and 6 others are scheduled remotely via Skype, Whatsapp or even by phone.

Life Skills
Life Skills is a 4-week program, taught usually in a sequence. The Life Skills programs are a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT), 12 concepts, short videos, worksheets along with practical application strategies and tools they can apply to their everyday life.
