Why me

I am a certified counselor specializing in addictions. I have over 10+ years in the recovery field ranging from co-dependency issues, substance/alcohol abuse, breaking unhealthy thought patterns (depression + anxiety) and family counselling. I’ve played a supporting role to many men and women in their journey to change. I truly believe that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all model.

This program is for you if:

  • You need a first point of contact for your change journey
  • This is not your first kick at the “recovery” can. You’ve attempted change in a variety of forms but nothing has really stuck.
  • You are a hard-working individual and the only thing your sure of is that you need a change.

Bridging Your Gaps is an 11 session commitment. This comprehensive program is for the person who is READY for a change! We meet regularly. Five sessions are in person meetings and 6 are scheduled remotely via Skype, Whatsapp or even by phone.

The purpose of Bridging Your Gaps is to equip you to connect the dots on those important things you feel are missing from your life. We help you find and cultivate those actions and habits that will counteract those things that cause you stress, and have led to unhealthy behaviours or relationships in the past. No more band-aid fixes!
